Access to Pro features is sold as a digital subscription (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3. Final Sale / Refund Policy

Because access to digital content is delivered instantly upon activation, all purchases are final and non-refundable.Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund past payments.

4. Intellectual Property

All analytics models, radar logic, indicators, dashboards, and outputs belong to OneStep Alpha. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute internal data without written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Automate excessive scraping or abusive API usage
• Share accounts with third parties
• Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity

6. No Guarantees

Markets involve risk. We do not guarantee profits, accuracy of signals, or future performance of models. OneStep Alpha is an analytical tool, not a financial advisor.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, engage in risky behavior, or compromise platform security.
